New Subsidy Period for Conversion of BDRs to Inter&Co Class A Shares

Shareholders holding Inter&Co BDRs will be able to request the cancellation of their BDRs to receive the corresponding Class A Shares, without paying the applicable fees charged by the depositary institution for a period of 90 days, between June 2, 2025 and August 30, 2025.
