Board of Directors and Officers

Rubens Menin is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Inter&Co, as well as founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco Inter since its incorporation. Rubens also founded MRV Engenharia in 1979, where he served as Chief Executive Officer until March 2014, and is currently Chairman of its Board of Directors. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of LOG Commercial Properties S.A. and Urbamais Properties e Participações S.A., companies from the MRV Group. Rubens holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais – UFMG (1979).

Maria Fernanda Menin is a member of the Board of Directors of Inter&Co and Banco Inter. Maria Fernanda joined MRV Engenharia Ltda in 1997, as an intern in the Billing Department. At MRV, she held the positions of intern in the Legal Department, Legal Assistant, Coordinator of the Legal Department, Legal Superintendent and Legal Executive Manager. She was elected Chief Legal Officer of MRV in 2010, a position she held until 2019, when she was elected member of the Board of Directors. On December 23, 2019 she was elected member of the Board of Directors of Banco Inter. She holds a law degree from the Milton Campos Law School (2001) and a post-graduate degree in Economic and Business Law from FGV (2003).

José Felipe Diniz is a member of the Board of Directors of Inter&Co and Banco Inter. José Felipe is a managing partner of Santa Rosa Urbanismo and was Vice President of Communication at Sinduscon/MG from 2003 to 2005. He holds a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG) (1989).

Alexandre Riccio is Chief Executive Officer at Banco Inter and Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at Inter&Co. Alexandre joined Banco Inter in 2013, as Development Superintendent, having been elected Officer of the Bank in April 2015, Executive Officer of Operations and Management in December 2015 and Vice President in September 2017. In 2020 he was elected Executive Director of Febraban. Before joining Grupo Inter, he served as Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group – BCG (2011 to 2013), Operations Manager at Gerdau Ameristeel (2006 to 2010), Consultant at Falconi (2004 to 2006) and had experience as an entrepreneur in the sports food sector. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais – UFMG (2003), and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University – USA (2012).

Graduated in Business Administration at FUMEC in 1984, with specialization in Capital Market and Portfolio Management at the Federal University of Minas Gerais – UFMG – ABRAAP – BOVMESB in 1986. Mr. Guimarães joined Banco Inter in 2007, having been appointed as director in July 2008, Commercial Executive Officer in December 2015, Commercial Vice-President in September, 2017 and Senior Vice President in July 2024. Before joining Banco Inter, he performed as a Partner in the vehicle dealership segment between 1993 and 2007, gaining extensive experience in the commercial area.

Priscila Salles is Chief Customer Officer at Inter&Co and Chief Customer and Retail Officer at Banco Inter. Priscila has over 10 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital strategies and customer relations. She joined Banco Inter in 2011 in the Marketing area and since 2016 has been responsible for the Marketing, Digital Sales and Customer Experience areas. In 2019, she became Marketing and CRM officer, encompassing Banco Inter’s Marketplace area. She holds a degree in Social Communication from PUC Minas (2010), is specialist in Marketing from IBMEC MG (2012), and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Management, also from IBMEC MG (2015).

Marcelo Dantas is the Executive Officer of Banco Inter, with the functions and responsibilities of the Finance Executive Board. Before joining Grupo Inter, he worked at Banco Safra (from 2013 to 2024), his last position being Chief Risk Officer. In addition, from 2021 to 2024, he was a member of the Board of Safra Holding S.A. From 2001 to 2013, he worked at Itaú Unibanco, his last position was Superintendent of Investment Evaluation. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mathematics from the State University of Campinas (2000) and an MBA with High Honors in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2008).

Thiago Garrides is Chief Risk and AML Officer at Inter with extensive experience in finances. He has previously worked for 11 years in a wide range of roles in financial management, treasury, controllership and risk management at the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Group, and became Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Banco FIDIS (FCA) from 2016 to 2019. During his career, he has also been a partner at Banco Mercantil do Brasil, where stayed for 8 years, and at the Arcelor Mittal Group for 3 years, working in Financial Management and Risk Management. Graduated in Business Administration and Accounting, Thiago has also specialized in Controllership, Financial Management and Banking.

Flávio is a Business Administration graduate, with a post-graduate degree in Accounting and Financial Management. He has an MBA in Business Management and a Post-MBA from FGV. He has a solid experience in the financial market obtained through 25 years in the areas of Sales, Products and Commercial Relationship in the companies BankBoston and Itaú Unibanco; Consolidated experience in the commercial attendance of the PF and PJ segments (Corporate and Retail); Experience in the Planning, Development of Products and Management of the Sales Force in presential channels and in the exploration of remote/digital channels.

Ana Luiza Franco Forattini is an executive with over 20 years’ experience. She graduated in Law from the Milton Campos Law School (1999) and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Houston, Texas – USA (2001), having been awarded a scholarship from the Fulbright Commission – USA (2001). She subsequently attended several leadership programs at Fundação Dom Cabral (2021 to 2023) and took an in-house leadership program at Harvard Law School Executive Education (2022).
She currently holds the position of General Counsel, Sustainability and Compliance Officer at Inter&Co and Banco Inter, where she is also responsible for the Ombudsman’s Office and Officer of Inter DTVM. Ana Luiza joined Banco Inter in October 2015 as Legal and Institutional Relations Superintendent, having also taken on the role of Administrative Superintendent in May 2016. In June 2017 she was elected Director, having also led the Inter group’s human resources area until 2019. At Inter, she participates in and/or supports its various statutory and internal committees.
Before joining the Inter group, she worked at the Tarpon Investimentos Group, initially as a member of legal committees and coordinator of corporate risk management committees for investee companies and, later, as Head of Legal at Ômega Energia (2012 to 2014). Previously, she worked as a capital markets and M&A lawyer at Machado Meyer Advogados (2006 to 2012), having been responsible for the Belo Horizonte branch of the firm from 2008 to 2012, she also worked in the capital markets and infrastructure area of Cescon Barrieu Advogados (2002 to 2006), and as an international lawyer at Andrews Kurth, in Houston – USA (2001-2002).

Lucas Bernardes is an Business Administrator with an MBA in Business Management and Information Technology. His academic background started in Statistics in the Actuarial Science course at UFMG. Former partner of the Cybersecurity and Privacy practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), he worked at the company for 12 years. He began his career as a process and systems auditor, focusing on financial statements for SOX clients and developed this activity to the position of senior auditor until June/2011. As manager of Information Technology consulting, he led complex projects of infrastructure transformation, ERP system integration, and implementation of IT governance models. As senior manager, he specialized in identity and access management, carrying out strategy and implementation projects for IDM and Access Control technologies. From 2017, as Cybersecurity and Privacy Officer, he was in charge of security and privacy programs for large clients in the financial, services, and utilities sectors. As a highlight, he led projects related to continuous security monitoring (through the Security Operations Center – SOC) and development of the Information Security Strategic Plan for leaders of various sectors in Brazil. Worked in projects related to the privacy practice, strongly in those focused on personal data protection (LGPD and GDPR)

Janderson is an Executive with experience in the financial market in institutions such as Tribanco from Martins Group, Banco Caixa Geral (a company from CGD Group of Portugal), Concórdia Banco S/A from Sadia Group, Banco Fibra S/A from Vicunha Group, Banco BBA Creditanstalt and Banco Fenícia S/A from Arapuã Group. He has a wide experience in M&A operations, Private Label and Bandeirados Cards, Acquiring, Investment Funds, Structured Operations, Insurance and others. He is currently Controller Officer at Banco Inter. He has experience as CFO/COO, Director of Finance, Operations, Compliance and Legal Affairs in large companies. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a post-graduate MBA in Finance and Controllership from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Rafaela Vitória, PhD, CFA, holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. from UFMG. She has previously served as the Wealth Management Director at BankBoston, Head of Research at Kinea Investimentos, Latin America Corporate Ratings Director at Standard and Poor’s, and Partner at Sonar Investimentos.

With over 20 years of experience in software development, Tiago has an entrepreneurial profile. Graduated in Computer Science with specialization in Business Management, he acts as a business developer, coordinating all the development stages of a digital product. He has knowledge in Technology, Business Management, Project Management, Process Modeling and Software Engineering.

Mauro Rangel is Credit and Collection Officer at Banco Inter, graduated in electrical engineering from Poli-SUP, with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Previously, he worked for more than 19 years as an executive in the financial market. During his career, he also worked at Banco Itaú, where he stayed for more than 10 years, and at Banco Safra, for 3 years, performing functions in the granting of credit, portfolio management and client recovery.

Sebastião Luiz da Silva holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences from the Catholic University of Bahia and a postgraduate degree in Financial Administration. During his professional career, he held various executive positions in banks such as Mercantil de Minas Gerais S/A, BMG, Banco Fibra, among others. He was formerly the Administrative and Financial Director of the International Chamber of Commerce and an effective member of the Financial Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce for Brazil, Bahia section. He is currently a Commercial Officer at Banco Inter and a Board Member of IBEF / MG.

With a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, Frederico started his career at Banco Bradesco in 2000, where he worked as a bookkeeper, teller, service coordinator, and corporate account manager. In 2006 he moved to Intermedium financeira as PJ account manager. In 2016 he was transferred to São Paulo as PJ Commercial Superintendent SP/Sul, being promoted to commercial officer in 2020, a position he holds until the present moment.

Graduated in Psychology from the Higher Education Center of Juiz de Fora (2005 – 2010) and with an MBA in Strategic People Management from the PUC of Minas Gerais (2012 – 2013). She joined Banco Inter (2017) as a Human Resources Analyst, becoming Development Coordinator (2018) and later People to Business Executive (2019). Before joining Banco Inter, he worked in the Human Resources area at OI S.A (2012 – 2014), Infosys (2014 – 2015) and Sondas Ativas (2015 – 2017).

André Caram is Director of Institutional Investments and Win at Banco Inter and and Institutional Director at Inter Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários. Previously, he was responsible for the Commercial Area of ​​SulAmérica Investimentos, in the relationship with all customer segments and also responsible for developing the commercial strategy with the group’s investment platform. He was Managing Partner of LACAN Investimentos, a manager dedicated to real assets, with emphasis on forestry and health funds. He held the position of Commercial Head of Dresdner Asset Management and worked at Banco Safra. Graduated in Business Administration and graduated in Law, he has a postgraduate degree in Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Leonardo Paixão G de Souza is the Treasury Officer at Banco Inter since 2024. Leonardo joined the Bank’s Treasury in 2021 as Executive Manager and was appointed as Officer in 2024. Since 2021 he has been a member of the Treasury committees of Febraban and ABBC, where he became the coordinator of this committee in June 2023. Before joining Banco Inter, he was a trainee at ABC Brasil in 2015 and an ALM Desk Trader focused on local and offshore interest rates at the same institution between 2016 and 2021. Between 2018 and 2021 he was a professor of Fixed Income and Economics at FK Partners. Leonardo holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) – 2014 and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2019.

Eduardo Valladares Cotta holds a bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering from PUC Minas since 2008 and an MBA in Project Management from FGV. He worked at Accenture for 11 years, where he contributed as an analyst, consultant and manager. At Banco Inter since 2017, Eduardo has been Digital Account Manager, Digital Account Executive Manager, Digital Account Superintendent and Product Superintendent.

Pierre Carvalho Magalhães has been Chief of Internal Audit Officer at Banco Inter since October 2023. He was previously a partner at Assets Assesoria Empresarial between 2014 and 2023, Executive Manager of Internal Audit at MRV Engenharia between 2010 and 2014 and worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu between 1997 and 2010, rising to the position of Senior Manager. Between 2019 and 2023 he was a member of the Audit Committee of LOG Commercial Properties S.A., between 2020 and 2023 he returned to MRV as a member of the Audit Committee and between 2021 and 2023 he was also a member of the Audit Committee of Banco Inter S.A. He graduated in Accounting Sciences at PUC/BH in 2000 and holds an Executive MBA in Business Management at IBMEC/MG in 2006.
